Simple process.
Predictable results.
Every question answered before production begins, because the best visuals come from organized systems, not guesswork.
- How do you communicate and update clients throughout a project?- Weekly checkpoints and clear milestones via email and short video/annotated previews; you’ll always know what’s done, what’s next, and what I need from you.
- Can you work with my existing architectural plans and blueprints?- Yes, send Revit, DWG, or PDFs and I’ll integrate them, clean models where needed, and align views, materials, and schedules for accurate visuals.
- What software do you use for 3D rendering and animation?- Revit and 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona for production, plus Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Lumion, or D5 Render for real-time work. Post in Photoshop and After Effects. AI-assisted enhancements are applied when they improve speed and quality without compromising accuracy.
- How do I request a project quote?- Share scope, inputs (Revit/DWG/PDFs), outputs needed (stills, animation, quantities), and timeline; I’ll reply with options, schedule, and a transparent fixed or phased estimate.
- Are you open to collaborating with architects, builders, and interior designers?- Absolutely, most of my work is embedded with teams; I align to your standards, naming, and templates so handoffs are clean and repeatable.
- What services do you offer as a 3D architectural designer?- I deliver BIM-accurate visuals and systems: still renders, cinematic animations, Revit-to-render pipeline setup, and asset packs for web and marketing. I work on exteriors, interiors, site plans, and memorial projects.
- How can 3D architectural renderings benefit my project?- They turn plans into decision-ready visuals. You can test options earlier, align stakeholders faster, and present boards, buyers, or city reviewers with clear, believable imagery that reduces rework.
- What is your typical turnaround time for delivering 3D renderings?- Timelines depend on scope and model health. Typical ranges: still images in days, animations in weeks. We lock a schedule after I review your Revit or CAD files and confirm the shot list.
- Can you handle both large-scale and smaller projects?- Yes. I have delivered 300+ projects from single-room interiors to township-scale animations. The workflow scales cleanly because I start with organized models, templates, and checklists.
- Do you provide revisions if I’m not fully satisfied with the initial design?- Yes. Each project includes structured review rounds. We agree on checkpoints up front, then iterate with targeted notes so changes are fast and controlled.
